UM035 is the media and music subsidiary of Untrapped Holdings 035 (Pty) Ltd. Based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, we manage original music production across four artist aliases, distributed on all major digital service platforms worldwide.

Lungelo Mnotho Mnqobi Shandu
Solo music project by the founder of Untrapped Holdings 035. Spanning alternative R&B, soul, and electronic production, Lungelo Shandu’s catalogue reflects a self-taught approach to composition and arrangement built outside formal music industry channels. All writing, recording, and distribution is managed in-house through UM035.

Ferraro 035
Lungelo Mnotho Mnqobi Shandu
Ferraro 035 is the production alias under the UM035 umbrella. Catalogue includes the EP “34” (2025), “Unmastered 808s and Sounds” (Demo, 2023), “27 Year Old Flower” (2022), and “The Chase” (2022). Ferraro 035 operates as the beat-making and instrumental arm of the label, handling arrangement, mixing, and mastering across the roster.

Thabiso Mthembu
Money Bear 035 brings a Kwaito-influenced sound to the UM035 roster. Releases include “Digital Soul Draft” (2020, 7-track album) and the EP “NuAge: An Ode to Kwaito Music” (2021). The project draws on South African house and Kwaito traditions, reshaped through independent production values and digital distribution.

JTR035 is the vocal and songwriting arm of the UM035 collective. Tracks include “Beyond My Abilities” and “647 Trim”, which have appeared on TikTok and streaming platforms. JTR035 contributes hooks, verses, and vocal arrangements across the label’s projects, frequently collaborating with the other UM035 artists on shared releases.
